The event is free but you must register.

I checked, and sure enough we were in "no comment" mode. I changed the settings back to accepting comments.

However, once I did that, the SLD blog began to get spam comments. I am emailed notice of every comment, so I was getting spammed, too. I noticed that it was only happening with one post, so I turned comments off for that post.

Hope that's ok with everyone. If you have ideas on how to fix this problem, let me know. Moveable Type is not my first blogging language and their manual is a PITA.

The book makes a case for using blogs as communication tools in the business world.

This isn't a technical/how-to book, but it is helpful if you need some guidance in illustrating the value of organizational blogs, or if you need some ideas on their use.
