An observant TLA member (she knows who she is) pointed out that the comments on our blog had vanished. I checked, and sure enough we were in "no comment" mode. I changed the settings back to accepting comments.

However, once I did that, the SLD blog began to get spam comments. I am emailed notice of every comment, so I was getting spammed, too. I noticed that it was only happening with one post, so I turned comments off for that post.

Hope that's ok with everyone. If you have ideas on how to fix this problem, let me know. Moveable Type is not my first blogging language and their manual is a PITA.
