Recently, I read The Corporate Blogging Book by Debbie Weil and I really enjoyed it. The book makes a case for using blogs as communication tools in the business world.
This isn't a technical/how-to book, but it is helpful if you need some guidance in illustrating the value of organizational blogs, or if you need some ideas on their use.
